The Anchor Program has helped hundreds of people. Here's what they have to say:

The Anchor program has changed my life. For once, there is a program that gets to the heart of helping you understand why you’re struggling and teaches you how to change your patterns you’ve spent a lifetime establishing. Previous diets feel superficial and I now see why they failed. The Anchor program helped me recognize my true self and for the first time in decades, i’m no longer ashamed of who I am.

I’ve never felt better while still losing weight. I feel like my issues with food are really being dealt with.

My struggle has always been to try to gain control of my eating without it relapsing into binge/purging habits. Something about this feels both forgiving and empowering, and for the first time EVER, it feels like my body “gets it”. I owe you more gratitude than I express.

Dr. Ross’s Program was so much more than I expected. It was gently revealing of the emotions behind the eating behaviors and gives tools to help overcome them. It is simple but not easy if you really commit to do the work. It can be scary at times to face long forgotten feelings. It is so worth it to become a whole person not controlled by weight and food.

Dr. Ross is truly gifted in her knowledge and expertise in treating binge eating/compulsive overeating and the issues surrounding it.  If you are looking for a quick fix (that will not last), this isn't the program for you.  However, if you are willing to dive deep and experience true freedom and healing, this program may be the answer to all you have been seeking.  It absolutely has been for me - I wish I had found it sooner!  I could have saved many, many years of suffering and wasted time, money, and energy on efforts that fought against my body's wisdom, had I found The Anchor Program earlier!

If you are ready to try something new that isn’t just another “diet” in disguise, The Anchor Program may help you lay the foundation to break the agonizing cycle of yo-yo dieting by harnessing your own body’s wisdom to take care of itself.  Personally, I found that in order to fully commit to this process I had to surrender idealistic expectations of what I want to look like in favor of what I want to feel like.  Once that happened, things really started to fall into place!

I wanted to say I am so very glad I decided to join The Anchor Program.  I’m doing so much better already and you, your team and the participants definitely promote positivity and success.  It definitely is a ‘one day at a time’ situation, but I already have chewed up and digested circumstances of my past which have lead to my binge eating disorder.  It really helps to recognize, recall and acknowledge what happened in the past which becomes part of our fabric.  I am very grateful for the opportunity to be in The Anchor Program and thankful for your expertise and guidance.

The Anchor Program did for me, in ten weeks, what commercial and alternative diets haven't been able to in the 30 years I have been trying to resolve my issues with binge eating, compulsive overeating, and body image.

The anchor program has changed my life in a huge way. I have had a mindset change when it comes to food, instead of having it on my mind all the time I am feeling more and more like I have control of my eating. I am feeling satisfied at meals and have had more energy to put into the more important things in life. I'd highly recommend it to anyone struggling with eating issues!

The Anchor Program is the answer I have been seeking for my challenges with eating and weight management.  I have tried nearly every diet and spent thousands of dollars over more than 2 decades without any sustainable results, growing more and more discouraged at my inability to manage my weight.  If you are looking for a quick fix (that will not last), this isn't the program for you.  However, if you are willing to dive deep and experience true freedom and healing, this program may be the answer to all you have been seeking.  It absolutely has been for me - I wish I had found it sooner!  I could have saved many, many years of suffering and wasted time, money, and energy on efforts that fought against my body's wisdom, had I found The Anchor Program earlier.

The courage that it took for me to attend the Anchor Program was returned 20 fold with how much I learned and grew from the work that I did in the program. Long held beliefs and painful memories were examined with a fresh eye, new skills, and support from the group members, and most importantly with the guidance and knowledge from Dr. Ross. I felt safe discussing things that I have never spoken about with anyone, and my life is fuller and better because of it. The Anchor Program helped me learn to live without constantly shaming myself. I am very grateful to Dr. Ross.

I truly enjoyed the Anchor Program. I was so excited to get started because I knew I would have an opportunity to work on something I have been battling my entire life. I was glad Dr. Ross didn't offer me another diet plan or exercise program. What was given to me were a pocket full of tools that truly are transforming the way I feel and think about food. I enjoyed the group of ladies I met and interacted with throughout the program. I loved our open dialogue and the encouragement we offered one another. The dieticians we're so sincere and educated and offered real life guidance on what would give me optimal health. I am so blessed to have been in this program and can use these tools for the rest of my life.

The Anchor program was a revolution in my life. After years of binging and emotional eating and trying different things,  I started the program with some doubt that it would be sufficient to transform my relationship with food. Oh boy, was I wrong! The program provided me with structure, it allowed me to navigate and trust my vulnerability. It made me look deep and helped me stop judging myself.  It wasn’t a smooth road. But it was one that I felt supported in by the team and my peers that I could relate to and gave me a non-judgmental place to share.  The Anchor program has been a source of change not just in the food/eating department. I am more confident, less judgemental of my body and my emotions and I have a set of skills supporting me. I can only highly recommend the program!
